We have been trying to find or create mango smoothie that rocks.Starbucks makes a very good smoothie but we do not have the recipe. With few hints, suggestions, lots of reading and our experimenting here is our favorite smoothie. Step-by-step Mango Smoothie:
Wake up, make your way to the kitchen and get blender out.
Set all of your ingredients out:
1. Frozen mango 1 cup
2. Organic full fat milk 1/2 cup
3. Orange juice 1/2 cup
4. Mango juice 1 cup
5. Bananas - 1 banana
6. Protein powder (optional)
It makes 3-4 servings, so increase or decrease as needed.
Pour milk, orange juice and mango juice in your blender
Add frozen mangoes (or ice)
Add protein powder
Blend till light and smooth
This is how much it makes after blending all ingredients together
Drink it! Yam! What a breakfast!
